Enjoy an R&R stay at the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors in the heart of the Hudson Valley.

The Grey House is open for overnight accommodations Thursday through Sunday each week. During peak workshops and event times, weekend availability is limited. The Grey House has 10 guest bedrooms, offering king and queen suites as well as dorm beds for groups or a more economical option.

Event Night Stays

During busy workshop and event periods, weekend availability for room reservations is limited. CoSM reserves all guest rooms during Full Moon and Celestial (Equinox, Solstice, D&D) celebration weekends for artists and performers. Remaining rooms may become available closer to the event, but availability isn't guaranteed. Final bookings will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the event.

Getting to CoSM

CoSM is 65 miles north of New York City and accessible by the Metro North Train. The New Hamburg Station is located one mile from CoSM.

Important: Walking is not advised as the road to CoSM is not pedestrian-friendly. Local taxis or ride share options are strongly recommended.

Reservation Policies

Cancellations

In the event of a cancelation, please contact us at least seven days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. For cancellations or adjustments with less than seven days notice, please understand that you will be responsible for your entire reservation. If your room(s) can be rebooked, a full or partial refund may be made.

Arrival

Room check-in is available from 3pm - 6pm, Thursday through Sunday. If arriving outside of standard check in hours, please contact the Hospitality department at stay@cosm.org to coordinate arrival time. Late check in is not guaranteed and is only available upon confirmation with Hospitality.

Departure

Room check-out is at 11am. Room check-out after Full Moon and Celestial event nights is 12pm.

Damages and Breakages

You are responsible for any breakages or damages caused to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but reserve the right to charge your card or invoice for significant or unreported damage.

Liability

We do not accept liability for damage, loss, or injury to your party, vehicles, or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed at CoSM. Please contact stay@cosm.org if you need help making arrangements to board your pet.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 10am, or once events conclude. Non-paying visitors are not permitted in guest rooms during quiet hours. All overnight guests must pay and register.
